We didn't set out to start a water feature company.
It started with a bad purchase. We ordered a bird bath, and what arrived looked nothing like the product photos. The materials were misrepresented, the quality was poor, and the description had been carefully worded to obscure exactly that. It wasn't an isolated incident — we found the same pattern repeated across the category. Vague specs. Inflated claims. Products that looked great in photos and fell apart in real life.
We thought: someone should fix this.
So we did.
