Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Water Fountain Online. To track your order, please contact us at support@waterfountainonline.com and we will provide your tracking number.


Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed
  • We immediately contact our warehouse to confirm stock availability and arrange shipment
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you by email
  • If your item is in stock, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment

Order Processing Time

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it is handed to the carrier.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays
  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays

Shipping Origin

Orders ship from our warehouses in California (CA) or New Jersey (NJ), depending on stock availability. This does not affect delivery timeframes.


Delivery Area

We currently ship to the continental United States only.

The following areas are not serviceable at this time:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • US Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Other US outlying territories

If your shipping address falls within one of the above areas, we will contact you after your order is placed and offer two options:

  1. Provide a new delivery address within the continental US
  2. Request a full refund

Please reply to our message promptly so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.


Order Tracking

  • Your order will ship within 1–2 business days and transit typically takes 2–5 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships (tracking becomes active within 24 hours)
  • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update
  • If you are unable to track your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase
  • Orders that have been paid but not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. For special circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to help

Backorders

If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you by email immediately with:

  • The expected restock date
  • Available alternative products

If the arrival date changes due to unforeseen circumstances (such as port delays or force majeure), we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:

  • Continue waiting
  • Switch to an alternative product
  • Cancel your order for a full refund

Once backordered items arrive, you will receive an email with your estimated ship date and tracking information within 1–3 business days.
