Water level and daily care

Is this actually concrete, or concrete look resin?

Where does it look right?
Zen and gravel gardens, bamboo screening, river stone beds, clean modern paving, and entry steps where you want something quiet rather than something decorative. It also works next to a concrete bird bath or planter, since the materials age at the same rate. It does not work in a cottage border full of flowers.
Will it hold the middle of a yard?
No. At just over two feet it is built for close range beside a path, a step, or a seating area. On an open lawn it will look small. For a centerpiece, choose a taller tiered concrete fountain instead.
Is it safe around children and pets?
