Setup, Care, and Warranty
Delivery and assembly
It arrives in multiple pieces and is assembled where it will stand. There is no plumbing to connect and nothing to bury, but a concrete fountain at this height is not a one person job and the tiers are seated in sequence from the base up.
Decide the final position before anything comes out of the packaging. Once the base is down and the tiers are seated, moving it means taking it apart again.
Ground preparation
The ground under it needs to be genuinely level and genuinely solid, not nearly level. A tall multi tier fountain out of plumb sends water off one side of each rim instead of around it, and the error is visible at every level. On soft ground the weight will settle unevenly over a season, so a prepared pad or existing paving is the right base.
Winter and freezing weather

Will it work in a normal backyard?
Usually not. At 63 inches it needs distance and architectural context to read as intended. In a standard residential yard it overwhelms the space and the surroundings cannot hold it. If the setting is a courtyard, a large formal garden, or a commercial landscape, it does what nothing smaller can. If it is a patio behind a house, choose something in the two to three foot range instead.
How is it different from the lion head fountain at a similar price?
Theme and finish. The lion head piece puts a sculpted figure at the center and the fountain is arranged around it. This one has no figure at all. The interest comes from proportion, the three tier outline, and the multi tone heritage surface. Choose this if you want a classical shape that does not announce a subject, and the lion if you want a focal figure.
Is it real stone?
It is concrete with a heritage stone finish, not carved stone. That is why it is available at this price rather than at the cost of commissioned stonework, and why it can be moved at all. The surface reads as aged stone from a normal viewing distance.
What is the base diameter and the weight?
